Hustling for Hunger Relief

The 2014 Chi-Town Jazz Festival is a 5 day, 9 venue charity event raising money for hunger relief in Chicagoland. All the clubs donate their space and cover fees. All the musicians donate their artistry. All the organizing and promotion committees donate their time and work. I’ll post some moments from the event over the next few days. Here is the first night.

Here’s what the first night of the 5th Annual Chi-Town Jazz Festival Supporting Hunger Relief in Chicago looked like. Sounded fantastic! And we’ve just begun. Top to bottom: Tom Matta Big Band, Xavier Breaker, the Eric Schneider Quartet, Andy Brown, Jeremy Kahn.
