Street photography – An Annual Halloween Tale. I was hurrying to my car parked under elevated tracks on a dark rainy Halloween night in the city. A train overhead thundered by – this building came into view – then silence. No people or cars around. Street light, moonlight, and a few windows lit from inside too, especially bright in the tower.
